This Privacy Policy explains how Plinth ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the website at getplinth.com.au and purchase the Plinth calculator. - Your email address when you buy the calculator, so we can deliver it and provide support and updates.
- Purchase information processed through our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your purchase but we do not see or store your full card number.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting and security provider to keep the Site running and secure.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the calculator and any updates for the period stated at purchase.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To process refunds where requested.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to comply with the law.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are handled under Stripe's own privacy and security terms. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

We share information only with the providers we need to run Plinth, including our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, and our website hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The Site uses only the cookies needed to operate and secure it, including those set by our hosting provider. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Storage and overseas disclosure
Some of our providers, including Stripe and Cloudflare, may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately wherever it is held.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
