Refund Policy

We want you to be confident buying the Plinth calculator. This policy explains our refund commitment, which applies in addition to the rights you already have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Our 7-day refund

If the calculator is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no detailed explanation required. This is a goodwill refund we offer on top of your legal rights.

2. How to request a refund

Reply to your purchase confirmation email, or write to hello@getplinth.com.au with the email address you used at checkout. We will confirm and process the refund as quickly as we can.

3. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with the calculator, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If the problem is minor, we will repair or fix it. These rights apply in addition to our 7-day refund and they never expire.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. Depending on your bank, the funds usually appear within a few business days of us processing the refund.

5. Nature of the product

The calculator is a digital product delivered by download. Our 7-day refund applies regardless of whether you have downloaded or opened the file.
